German Class
On the left is one of our former teachers, Sigrid, with one of our fellow students, Massimo from Italy. Massimo and B-House played a lot of soccer together and ate a lot of Pizza, we even got to teach him and his girlfriend how to swing dance! We got to know Massimo pretty well and had a lot of good times with him. He came to Freiburg to further his German language learning and be closer to his German girlfriend who studies at the University in Freiburg. He is a really cool guy who recently returned to Italy (bummer for us!). We enjoyed getting to know Massimo and other students like him. We hope to able to visit him during our upcoming summer tour to Italy (2005).
We've been in German classes since early November. We've completed five so far and have a few more to go. Below are some pics from various classes. We took some pictures on our last day in class to give you an idea of the room, teacher, and fellow students from around the world. There were students from Turkey, Vietnam, Japan, Sri Lanka, France, Canada, Mexico, Peru, Portugal, Belarus, Serbia, and South Korea. Below are a few pics. We'll put up new ones of the next class sometime after we're done.
